Why is it the new turn-in Armor sets cannot be dyed??

yes they can? maybe only certain dyes.

Some items seem to only be dyeable with certain dyes. This happened to me with a Conj Garb. The phoenix red dye can't be used on a conj garb which p'd me off when those dyes first came out.
