why dont the account making page load up?

hello people! ive recently purchased swg and installed the game but when i go to make a new account the web page dont load up! and i havn't a clue what to do so could someone tell me how to sort it or send me thru a http/ . .

The site has been acting up again but if you are using IE make sure to check your settings. The last update changed all mine back to default and I had to fix them.
