Why do two of my characters place houses differently??

On the one account houses place like you would expect, on the other, its offset by like 10 tiles for some bizarre reason, and it makes it super hard to place a damn house.

Am I the only one with this problem?

Classic client? Game window not in the upper left corner?

Move your window to the top left corner, EC doesn't have this problem.
