Why do Tram Keeps/Castles cost 2x what a Fel one does on this shard?

Just wondering if its worth the extra 20-30 Mil for keeps and 200+ Mils for castles so the trees around it have leaves on them and your cursor is bronze color?

Alot of shards ive seen are much closer in price and some the need for Fel big houses is higher than that of Tram.

I'd like to hear some comments. Do people think there are people waiting outside Fel houses to kill them when they recall in?

BTW: I posted some Fel Keeps and a Fel Castle in the euro buy/sell forum if anyone is daring enough to pay half price for the same big house but with no leaves on the trees and a plain old silver cursor 91689320 is my icq

Yes.

I don`t know what others feel, but for me it`s like this: I spend a lot of my playing time inside my house crafting. I like to have something nice to look at while I am stuck there, and I don`t like having to look at bloodstains or dying trees or grave stones all that time. I do all my resource gathering in Fel, but I couldn`t imagine having a house there for that reason. For many people the above is not an issue probably, but there you have it. One more comment as to why this is so.

Another reason why fel keeps/castles typically sell for less: fel is less populated, and thus, affords more opportunity to place homes of this size. Houses fall all the time in fel, even ones right next to each other, but the IDOC'ers/house places don't visit fel to find them.

Personally, I'd take a keep in either place. :-D (I like keeps better than castles, for some reason).

I just hate Fel. I grew up in Fel before trammel and have some bad memories. LOL I like trees with leaves and pretty grass. I dont want to worry about even seeing a red player. I remember the wild west days in Fel when people tryed and would take over your house, I know they cant do it today but still I will stay in Trammel, lol

I've learned never to go through yew gate midday. Other than that Fel is actualy really calm. I've had afew idocs with others there and no trouble what so ever... *touchs wood*

But if you do find a Yew Gate IDOC and you do place a house, you've hit the jackpot!

I almost placed at the yew gate once...then a tamer with a cu came along...the rest is history. rolleyes:

I want to eventually get a Fel keep for my second account - but only because I have a nice 18x18 in Malas as my base already. Until I have some decent PvP experience behind me, I'll only venture into Fel for specific tasks, and without all the potions etc which I'd normally have but which can be looted.

In the end, as jbfortune said, I guess we're just a big bunch of pansies lol
