When I try to rez my pet at the NPC Vet. "That creature's spirit lacks cohesion. Try again in a few minutes. " It took me forever to rez my pet, why? This is sooo annoying.

Just like the NPC Blacksmith/Tailor/Carpentry shops can't repair my armor and weapons. I have to find a Player run vendor for that.

Yep! this pops up periodically and is a constant source of annoyance esp to young players who see no reason for it. Any valid reason has long since expired, but as always we get what we are given not what we might prefer. Guess, like the rest of us you will have to learn to live with it. These decrees are set in stone.
Another way PvP has effected the game in a very negative way. This is why those who don't PvP hate anything to do with PvP and wish that it was removed from the game...
You can't rez your pet right away because then some felby who can't play a real tamer with Vet who wants all the benefits of having a big pet can't run to the nearest healer in 3 seconds and get their pet rezed and back in the battle...
That's why you can't get your pet rezed right away and you have to wait...
Meanwhile if you are NOT a fake tamer and your beetle dies with a bunch of your important stuff on it by the time you get back to the corpse of your beetle with your rezed beetle all the stuff you had will be gone because the corpse of your beetle will have long since decayed.

But that just gives you more gameplay !!! Everyone loves endless farming for simple things right, and its just that much better when you lose it to some silly game mechanic, because you get to farm even more, YAY !
You need to have 300 accounts, so you can have every template possible. As well as you should never sleep, who needs sleep, you only need farming forever in UO. How do you even get repair deeds anymore, besides having to spam chat and annoy people or talk to afkers at luna, the same for pet rez.
You know that consumable potion elixir of rebirth , they even put a spirit cohesion timer on that item too (shorter like 2-3 min but still). Its not like you can get infinite of these potions, I mean comon let us res the pet when I want to lol
