Change the music up in the EC like with the CC? This would be something I'd be very interested in a Jukebox feature, that would allow us to play our own MP3's or playlists, instead of the games default music.

Some of the games music is wonderful, others like the battle tune get a bit old after the 20 bajillionth time hearing it. I think this would be a great feature to add to the EC, something carried over and expanded on from the CC, and yes I know in the CC you had to copy over and renamed MP3's to replace the default music but at least you had options.

Seriously I'd rather have something like Cream's Sunshine of Your Love when in the Stygian Dragon's lair than the the default combat music, or a little George Harrison going while visiting chilling in Luna.

What about 'No' but I do use the EC? Option 2 just seems to be an option for those who loudly hate EC.

...

I have the game music turned off and run Pandora... works well and has somewhat less repetitive music... although it would be nice to replace the ingame music with that from Lazarus.

:-( With all the CC vs EC stuff I guess I overlooked that considering I expected much more along the lines of "THE EC SUCKS!" from half the folks that will read this..

If I am not in vent and kind of doing my own solo thing in all the games I play my own music and sound turned off. Even when I am PvPing :p

No I don't, and I use the EC.

This option is missing. Besides, they should fix the environment sounds, but they haven't been able to do that for 2 years, so I guess your jukebox feature will land at the bottom of their list.

I haven't used played with music turned on in years, with the exception of when I've forgotten to turn it off following a reinstall.
In many (most?) modern MMOs, the music associated with a scene plays one time as an introduction, so you ride into a city and the "theme" for that city plays, and that's it. At least when I last had music on in UO, it played the same music over and over and over again until you changed to a different area, then it would play different music over and over and over.

Dunno how it works in EC, but you could possibly carry around a dawn's music box for a easier workaround.

When they put Eric Clapton, George Harrison, Hendrix, The Who and various other artists tracks into the Client that'll be a real solution... :p
