Why cant i buy gorgon lens of a vendor?

I can buy all the other items but when i try the lens its say you cant buy that? any answers?

its a known bug or exploit (whatever you want to call it). the vendor owner needs to remove it from the vendor and put it back on the vendor to fix it.
