Why are the vendors in luna being closed?

I have a vendor in Luna, Aspen I believe is the home owner. I have seen a couple houses now that say "closed till pub 53". What is the reason for this? I have moved my vendor several times and this is getting fustrating! Is something changing with the pub that vendors can not be standing?
If anyone knows of a spot where I can get a vendor that can actually stay where it is placed without issues please let me know.

If you were familiar with publish 53 you would understand the reason.

In publish 53 a house change will be instituted that will allow home owners to safely resize their house, which allows them to make it smaller or larger as they chose.

With that now known, it should be easy to understand the reason why I would close the house to rentals, in order for me to combine my 3 properties into one larger house.

No reason to have attitude about it kind sir! Would of been nice to at least get an icq stating the reason instead of finding contract set to not renew!
I would think that you would have everyone that has a vendor at your location you would have that information correct? If not then I stand corrected!

I, for one, am not unfamiliar with the Publish, I am however not really a housing kind of guy. I rarely think about housing or the housing system. Thus, I wouldn't immediately think of the impact of housing on the vendor system, however obvious it maybe once one does think about it.

Ok, I dont know if this is going to create an issue for you or no but, After deciding to resize the house it will be zoned as bound to account for 1 hour, could make combining those 3 properties kind of tricky. Or did I not fully understand The FOF on june 6th

I was gonna ask how you were going to avoid a free-for-all, also. Since I'm assuming each spot will be tied to a different account, will you plan on waiting and trying to judge exactly when it went down so you can be quicker than anyone competing with you?

Or, perhaps, drop the outside two first, so when they're available and you still control the middle section?

Since you can have two houses on a single account for a period of about a week before one decays I'll simply place two on one account and then chose to resize them both at the same time. Then I'll wait another week or so and repeat this with the third house.

Also I was not giving you an attitude I was stating a matter of fact, if you were familiar with the publish you would understand the reason behind the houses being closed.

In addition there has been a vendor in the center of the house stating that the house is being closed until after publish 53, and was placed there prior to any contracts being cancelled. I apologise if I did not make it known to you personally but unfortunatley I have a long list of icq numbers for vendors and I can't always connect a persons icq name to their char name, nor do people tell me when they leave so I can't always tell who still has a vendor and who doesnt.

Just be happy that not everybody is going to be resizing their places I guess. Some of us had to be unlucky enough that theirs couldn't go any larger because of houses placed after theirs.. :[
