Legends is missing from the login screen

Came back up for 20 minutes and went back down while I'm in Khaldun - can you say ooOOoo?

And down we go again. This is like Groundhogs day. I log in, get halfway through a Khaldun box hunt, server goes down, reverts 30 mins or so and comes back up. Rinse and Repeat..l
