[Discussion] Who was it that holds the Soulstones for returning players?

I bought a bunch of used soulstones because I thought I remembered there was a person who held them in case the user returns to UO....?

I know on Catskills theres a House north of Luna that holds em for cat house falls. Not sure about other shards

There is a large soul stone graveyard on LS in malas by the EM house where they display the LS Drops. The EM can lock them down and release them when a player find's theirs.

Depends on the shard.. I know @Andrasta used to hold them for Atlantic.

I have a ton on Pacific but I rarely play anymore so if anyone on Pac has a place for them, they're welcome to them.
