Who should I contact for this? Messana, Cal, someone else?

Alright, since the account change over I've linked several accounts to my main EA account (including several I no longer use but wanted to make sure were kept). Two of these accounts (which I cancelled around AoS) are showing up as "Terminated". For whatever reason I cannot add a credit card to these accounts or reup them.

Based on the new system, whats the difference in terminology comparing "Suspended" to "Terminated"? My accs that say "Suspended" can be reactivated if I choose.
