How can I do the Elwood quest when someones wacked Tomas the toymaker in Trinsics Tinker hall? Dam pk'ers

Last I checked (last week), while under the influence of the shadowlords, he wandered off a couple screens to the east, on the street, from his normal location.

If there's been subsequent invasions with hatred infections, he may have wandered further - after all there is a NATURALIST up by the river on the OTHER side of the Spirituality shrine, from Trinsic.
