Publish 52: The War of Shadows

The Shadowlords, long displaced from the shards of Sosaria, have at last found their way home through the machinations of one dedicated follower. The blackrock detector, a beacon of hope for the government against the insanity gripping the land, instead opened a rift directly to the ethereal void. Nothing could stop their advance: not Kronos, not even the Time Lord himself.

The disparate events of the past - the rise of blackrock, a needless conflict with the Ophidians, the devastation of Haven and razing of Magincia - are finally weaving into a tapestry of betrayal. The kingdom is destabilized, chaos reigns, and the conditions ripe for the masters of Hatred, Cowardice, and Falsehood to lay waste to everything Britannia stands for.

No more foreshadowing.

I think it's Melissa.

There were three mages at the activation of the blackrock detector: Kronos was murdered by the Shadowlords and Dexter left Moonglow with Sutek, but Melissa disappeared misteriously...

I missed the event where the blackrock detector exploded so missed all of that dialogue ~ silly me, I would not have caught over half of it, anyway

Gildar has a diagram of events and within that is what appears to be the complete dialogue of Sutek, Dexter, The Time Lord and everyone else.

Who was it that Sutek took away from that place broken and bleeding? Dexter did not seem to know.

You may be right about Melissa, but she just doesn't feel right to me.... and should we be now looking for something? I get the nagging feeling that we're missing a hint or clue somewhere. Could just be frustration at wanting the storyline to move along, tho.

No More Hints...anagram for Minos Throne...or Honest Minor...or On Heron Mist...yeah thats it somewhere there is a heron crying...I suck at figuring out storylines...but has anyone smarter than me (or someone with less pride that will use those computer anagram tools) gone through and anagrammed everything and anything for hidden clues.

alright, I know, I know, I know that he's not returning..... but who do we know of, aside from Lord British, that has gone into the ethereal void? Is there anyone that disappeared when the FoA was active all those years ago?
