Who do I contact?

We are switching from broadband to fiber optical at our house. Due to this, I am losing my email I've had for 20+years and my UO accts are connected to it. Who do I contact or where can I go to have my accts switched to a different email? I appreciate any help.

You should just be able to log into UO.COM and update your account information.

Not sure where to put this, but I feel as if it should be somewhere. You've bought a code, but it's not arrived. There is an alternative way to find it.

When you log in to your EA account after a period of inactivity. It wants the code you made for EA, and it sends to the address.
When you try to change your email in settings you get this:

Under account Security and Privacy at EA you can maybe put a second email, but that also may send verification to the old email.

Even tho my Two- Factor ID is disabled, I still have to go to my email sometimes.

Ok, I thought it was gone already. Much easier to fix since you can verify.

Also OP, some providers let you keep an email for free. I still have an Earthlink one from 10+ years ago. I also pay 3 bucks a month to keep my Wife's email open on that provider.

I went on FB and sent a PM there. They said I have to send an email to Support and they will have to be the ones to change it. I thought I'd read a long time ago that we cannot do this ourselves, it has to be done by the UO team.
