White leather dye tube

I can not get any kind of backpack. Yet recently the vendors I always see white backpacks.
Anyway, they are in leather, aren't it?
So, how come I can not paint the backpacks?
I mean with the white leather dye tube, one of the last gift.
It's a bug?

Just wait about a month more and soon they will be about 750k or less.

You can battle the pirates and the merchant ships in Trammel, Felucca has nothing to do with it. You need to have the High Seas Booster, a ship outfitted with cannons, and possibly a crew. Then go find the ships (generally east of Jhelom) and fight them till you find a tub.

Use chat and know what price makes it worth a sellers while. Chat can get you a seller or a vendors location. If low pop shard research what it takes and pay some players to be forced to have fun. Barter like a pirate and offer any help gets all booty but the tub.

if you run through the houses in luna and zento city, you're bound to find one locked down for public use. sometimes it takes a while, but i've been able to find one each time i've needed one.

do players genuinely think there are 50 murderers waiting to gank you when you step out of a moongate in fellucia?

maybe in fel Yew LOL but the rest of the moongates are quite unpopulated. there's a whole half of a world out there folks, try adventuring around some time. there are even incentives to go, like double resources (ingots, leather, etc), champ spawns with scrolls, uncrowded areas... rarely will you EVER see another soul unless it is at fel yew gate or a contested champ spawn.

I pretty much think they do. Fellucia and Siege gets a bad rap. Not everyone there is out to kill you. Just saying.
