The mana/stam/HP regen & base damage part of the lore is important. Most people won't buy without seeing that part.
It is a little strange not to max out total stats to get 700/150/370, but 352 is close enough. A lot of people are OCD about pets and like things a certain way.
Max based stats, resists, and base damage are the norm.

in terms of appraisals for resale, a few items will hurt you. I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I dont know how attractive this pet will be for resale.
at the end of the day, it is still a fine pet that will handle great. and people are overly picky when buying trained pets. but to max out resale, you need to max out all the major categories that people look at.
Base damage is not maxed out. This is a pretty big deal as it makes your damage output worse (not maxing out base damage is the same as not maxing out power scrolls - see below)
HP and Mana regen also not max, and stam regen is higher than needed.
the majority of pets will have
20/5/30 regens
and 24-33 base damage
to illustrate why people want maxed base damage:
a pet with max base damage and no power scrolls at all does essentially the same damage.
