WhirlWind Bushido Dmg Bonus.. Help with Formula ??

Since the profession forums are no longer... I can't seem to find the formula anywhere.... The one that describes the dmg bonus you receive from Bushido when doing a WhirlWind attack

If I remember correct... the DMG bonus is capped at 100. so something like

# = Number of creatures your using WW attack on

Dmg bonus = (# ( Bushido^2)) / 60,000

It's something like that if I remember right... Anyone able track that info down somewhere or remember etc ?

This is the first I've heard of Bushido doing anything for Whirlwind attack (& I regularly read the Bushido Profession forum when it was up). I know it's required for Frenzied whirlwind (which is fairly useless by comparrison).

Well you missed it then, but no biggy... I can figure out the jist of what I needed through trial and error, but knowing the exact formula would just save me a bit of time was all... If your not sure just go try a whirlwind attack while having bushido... The more Enemies around you the more dmg you will do with your whirlwind etc..

I guess so hehe, I'll have to test it out when I get a chance too.

I'm recolecting using the pyros staff on a sampire in the dark guardian room, I don't remember being suprised by the damage, I wonder if it's included in the damage cap?

I beleive the figure you are looking for... if I am not mistaking (I dunno, I am told my FAQ is coming back for people to stare at) (8 * (Bushido * 2)) * (8 * (Bushido * 2)) / 60,000 = damage bonus. Don't quote me on that, I am sure stratics has it here, which should be up sometime here. Though I don't feel that 60,000 portion is correct. Well, maybe you can coax the stratics people to get my FAQ back up like tomorrow hehe.

As for the other question uh yea, whirlwind is damnably lethal in the hands of a samurai in PvE, why those spellweave blades, or whatever those elven scimitar things were called, the crafted ones, because they had whirlwind, and since bushido counts as a weapons kill, a samurai, more often than not, onlyhad to pay 5 mana for using the attack, and like a critter spawn, that was a powerful weapon. Another great place is Doom fighting the renderers. Get a fire weapon, two renderers around you and just go to town. Of course, since they nerfed warriors with the tactics changes, you might not have an easy time of renderer fighting using chivalry if you want to use whirlwind.
