[Carpentry] Which yields the most charges?

Which carpentry tools yields the most charges? I am make ones that range from 60-130 do saws yeild more charges? like 200+??? I know pickaxes hold like 350 charges how come carpentry tools only hold around 100?


** This on Siege perilous not sure how it is on prodo shards do you even have charges on your items?

On non-SP shards:

Carpentry, Tinker, Smith & tailor tools can have up to 150, when exceptional
Mining tools have 100 when exceptional (may require crafting by a GM tinker)
Fletching tools & the various pens can have up to 300. I THINK that mortar & pestle for Alchemy falls into this category as well.
Unlike SP, items used to lumberjack or cut cloth or leather (scissors, bladed weapons) do not have charges.
