Which shard do I have best chance of placing a castle?

I'm looking for a rather quiet shard that I might place a keep and hopefully someday a castle if a neighbor quits.I'm sure there's none with a castle spot already sitting there but can anyone recommend a pretty quiet shard where there are lots of big spaces left? Thanks

Oceania, Origin, Lake Austin, Legends (I think), have heard Sonoma is pretty low populated as well.
