Which Items Are Shard-Bound?

I'm trying to determine which items are shard-bound and not having much luck looking it up. Off the top of my head I'm thinking it's just some of the newer stealables, but am not sure that is correct. Which items do you know are shard-bound?

Hunting Permits, but if you wack a taxidermy kit on it you can take the trophy over to another shard.

The Blackthorn dungeon and Ararat stealables are also shard bound now. Pre-patch versions of these are not.

Two of my characters are held hostage on a shard by "SHARD BOUND" AND "OWNED BY" EM distributed items for Royal Guard gifts. Leaving would mean losing or never wearing them. So in essense, those characters are shard bound!

Which items do you know are shard-bound?

Nothing important is shard-bound and not enough items are shard-bound.
