Which is better for playing UO?

If so what is your best ping test for playing UO?

DSL works reasonably well, anything cable and above it no longer really is about your connection aside from the route your provider gives you (and usually it's somewhere in between you, your provider and uo's servers) and more about the personal hardware that you use (especially in terms of the KR client).

Reason I am asking this is...
I just got Fios installed 15/2 is the speed.
And I am still seeing some jumpyness while playing.
This happens on all the units.
2 desk tops, and 2 laptops.
All units are 2ghz, 2gb memory, 128mb to 256mb video cards.
More then enough to run UO very nicely.

There was a thread to that effect this past weekend. Which client and have you tried BOTH to see if the same thing is happening, have you tried different shards as well?

Never use satellite for UO. The fact that the satellite is at least 22,500 miles from you builds in a 1/2 second delay no matter how good the rest of your system is.
