Where to update credit card info? Houses are going to fall

I obtained a new credit card so I need to update my billing information. I went to UO.com accounts and it sent me to a new page. I tried working with it but nothing works and I am totally lost. Meanwhile, my accounts are blocked and I have thousands of real life dollars WORTH of long, hard-earned good items I'm going to lose, as well as my houses, including my vendor house in Luna. I've called and called only to reach no one with the phone number Kai provided, and am getting absolutely NOWHERE using webpages. When I try to update my accounts on a billing page (at the new site) I wait and wait for it to go through, then it says the site cannot be accessed at this time.

After around 13 years of dedicated playing it will be bitter for me to have it end this way.

And yes, I also got the email that an account was closed. Even though it wasn't true, what the heck is going on with this situation???

First, houses aren't going to fall, decay is turned off atm
2nd if the accounts have only just become blocked you have 90 days before house decay starts even when it is turned on.

You know I may sound harsh but it seems like anyone that starts a thread here about turning the Idocs back on we have a couple people step forward with a story about how EA will not take thier credit cards or nobody at EA will help them I don't get it I guess. I know more people that have been helped with thier accounts and everything is all good. I do not know anyone that has had the issues a couple people have posted here. I am just confused on this whole thing. My gut feeling is that these issues are not really happening and for whatever reason they do not want the idocs turned on? Maybe they want to keep houses standing cause they are short on cash to pay for the accounts they have? I dunno but this all started in the first week of Aug. I would bet its is fixed more than some would want you to believe.

Thank you so much, Petra. I am going to try out the links you kindly gave me and see if I can figure out my way to upgrade my credit card information so that I can breathe easily. I'll let you know. I am not terribly up to date on the changes and am lost in the dark. Thanks, again!

Also might want to try a different browser. I don't remember if I had problems with Internet Explorer or Firefox but switching to the other browser cleared up the problems immediately.

My issue was that my credit card expired at the end of September. Someone posted a workaround to put in the new credit card, however my new credit card has a different security code, and the workaround doesn't have the option to change the code, only the expiration date. The accounting system wouldn't simply let me put in the new credit card, it gave me some kind of unique identifier error message. So I had to let each of my accounts expire, delete the credit card and add in a new one. In my opinion, this is not a complete account management system. It's confusing, difficult to navigate and should not require a workaround just to make a payment. So yes, there are real problems and people shouldn't lose a house because of it. Also, this was still happening as of yesterday. My last account was cancelled because of the credit card expiring, so I had to go in and fix it.

You have to remember that it takes 90 days for the jumpers to return. You know, the guys with the Slab behind your house or the house with nobody home. Those people are probably going to take longer to adjust.

So, sometime next month these most important members of our community will be returning to preserve their house for the next 90 days. So, it's my guess, it's these guys we're waiting for.
