where to turnin items for housecleaning

I'm on LS and i have no clue where to turnin items at... can anyone please tell me where. I am still kinda new to the game too so please if at all possible be a little descriptive!:bowdown:

There are four different locations...two in Britain near Lord Brit's castle, another in Zento at the cultural center and the fourth is in the East Brit bank. Since your on LS though, you have a couple easier options than to go to the different places by foot. My library by the Buc's Den teleporter just outside of Vesper has a book locked down on the front steps with rune to the locations as does the Library of Exploration outside the gates of Cove. Either one will place you right next to where the four turn-in people are at. If you need a gate to them or more exact directions to either library, let me know.

One can get stage 1 items under stage 2. Does anyone know if one can turn in stage 1 items after pub 53? If not, you might want to be sure to get those items turned in since pub 53 is on origin now.
