Where to farm gear in old world?

I'm back from a 8 year or so hiatus and don't yet have the last few expansions (SA, ToL, HS). So, where can I go to farm gear? Oni, Balrons, Fan Dancers, Blood eles, Shame....?

I'm farming with my tamer until I can gear up for a samphire or an abc archer

Shame, Wrong, Bandit Camp, Miasma the maps sell well, Fandancer rakes in decent gold.
