Where is the UO Patch Directory in Windows 7?

First off, I don't use Windows 7. I just have a guildmate/returning player who is trying to install the classic client but is getting patch errors. I advised him to clear the patch directory but he can't seem to find it. Anyone know where it may be found?

make sure hes running it as administrator.

run as admin or it wont patch cause it cant write then should solve the issue
