Where is the Scavenger Hunt Times posted?

It would be nice for once to have a bit of advanced notice of an event. On Uoherald it stated that times would be posted once the shards had the publish. So where is it?

it will come when you log out and least expect it. Just like the other events that happened at 1am EST instead of 7or 8pm EST. for those of us who live in the eastern time zone.

I know that you all don't want to be there all night and that is probably for the earlier scheduling, but I had hoped that they might be pushed back a few hours. I know many Catskills folks who get off at 5-6pm EST and will miss it due to work
