used 2b SE part of island, north of where arena is. but it looks like you're there so maybe it's dead along with rest of old haven. such a tragedy from messing with time.

did you find a farmer NPC?

There was a farmer npc that spawned in the building, next to the archery field, and a rancher npc outside of it. however no npc is currently there, was about 2 months ago that i last seen them.
