Where is the Com base!?

I am needing to quit COM on GL and have no idea where to find the stone. I heard it was in moonglow but a long search of the town and entire coast line found nothing. Is it still in Mag and I have to boat from glow?

Remember how last night i was saying its in moonglow? I didn't realize it, but it wasn't until the patch this morning that it was put in moonglow lol.
