I use the refresh button myself. Just a habit from before I knew that F5 did the same thing.....

Both! I use the refresh icon when I have F Lock toggled on the keyboard while using certain applications.

I use mouse gestures in Opera! Right mouse buton click, hold and mouse up and down.
