Where have my summons increases gone?

My mage had eaten a level one mastery and today I got a level 3. After using it instead of showing the summons increases I get this - see pic

This happens everytime you log in and out, it's just a bug with the display, i get a similar error message on magic reflect

Aye it was like that all the time that char was logged in. But the next day is was ok again.
