I believe there was an exploit/bug where you could change the hue of reagents and materials to white:ish.
I've seen a bunch of magic ingredients too which are that hue.

This bug still works, without explaining how I can tell you that you'll also find some with the text being white too, not yellow.
I find as many of these as I do the sand turned into pillows at idocs, so prob the same "value" which is minimal.
The method is bannable in general though I don't remember this item discussed specifically. I toss these (and sand pillows) when I find them which is usually in what looks like a dupers former house.
