Where do you get a Paladin Sword?

Would someone please tell me where the Paladin Sword comes from in the game?

comes from an old event and cannot be obtained anymore (neither the basic item type )

The item called a Paladin Sword is an exploit, somehow involving the Vesper Museum.

The graphic is used on a Demon/Undead slaying weapon called "The Redeemer," which was from a quest involving the Book of Truth. You can now only obtain it from another player. It cannot be PoFed.

The latter is what Pinco was referring to.
