Where do these come from

Where do these odd rares come from. I've been seeing them pop up all over the shard lately.

not sure but that rack looks kewl.
I could see putting some old holloween body parts on it, for a good dungeon theme..
If you are on Napa I might want to pick them up from you.

Yep, from this champ in the abyss. Deco items start appearing as you advance the spawn and there's a rare chance some of the deco will be duplicated. If this happens it can picked up.

When the stuff duplicates itself, does the second one appear on top of the first one, or does it appear elsewhere in the spawn area? My first guess would be elsewhere, I just wanted to make sure

I know it comes from the Lich spawn area, I just haven't heard a whole lot about the items themselves...

it should spawn right beside the normal static spawn so it should look like 2 of the same items spawned beside each other
