where do the manifestations spawn?

sorry im not in any facet but felluca ever. can someone tell me where to find them? i wouldnt mind gettin some of the dyes and making a cloak.

is it random or do the spawn in the same spot? please and thanks

Only in 3 tokuno spots now afaik.

Mt sho, near fire rabbit volcano

Waste, in desert hut near bone mage spawn to the west

Snow peak, north north east of sleeping dragon champ altar, where lady of the snow spawns
