Where do the Asian Traders do their trades

I have many gifts from many years that I would like to x-trade with Asian traders on all the Asian shards, for similar items on the Europa shard.

I keep wandering around the Asian shards trying to find x-traders but can't find any.

Could someone let me know where they do their trades so I can meet up with them.
