where do i turn in the threads of life ?

Or at the NPC at the Magincia Moongate for rubble, or together with cloak of corruption at the NPC infront of Embath Abbey

Is this for the Magincia rubble quest? in which case the answer is the npc at magincia gate, or the quest to convert cloaks of corruption, in which case I can't remember which is which, but one seer is outside Yew Abbey, one is in Serpents hold and the third is just outside Moonglow Lyceum - unless they went away with the ending of the event.
