I have not used this character since 2000 and have decided to dust him off and take him for a spin. With all of the changes, I am not sure which road to take him down since I was in the middle of changing things on his template before I stopped using him.

100 Anatomy
100 Fencing
100 Tactics
87 Archery
87 Healing
75 Hiding
69 Resist
51 Stealth
50 Poison

I am not looking to PvP on him but I would like for him to have a fighting chance when I am in Fel. What template ideas do you have?

Characters with 2 weapon skills are rarely as effective as once they were.

They can be, I've seen it, but it is not common.

So first thing could be to dump one of the weapon skills and distribute the points.

Poisoning people say mixed things on, useless to overpowered, in both PvP and PvM. (Generally if you lose to something you consider it over-powered. And if you have something and lose with it, you consider it under-powered.)

Usually, not always but usually, one of the big-name secondary skills is necessary for a warrior. Ninjitsu; Bushido; Chivalry; Necromancy; etc. One of the two skills that regens Mana, Focus or Meditation, can be good because warriors are mana dependent, but I think I am the last one who insists on having one, and most warriors seem content with high mana leech weapons.

Maybe start with:

100 Healing
100 Hiding
100 Resist (OR 100 Parry and use a light buckler OR 100 Focus or Med)
100 Stealth
100 Ninjitsu
100 Anatomy
100 Fencing OR Archery

and see how it goes?

Seems like this is at least semi-close to the original character, something like an "out of the shadows" warrior?

The big advantage to UO these days is that there's a lot of viable options, probably even more viable options than before.
