I had this half barrel some years ago and I want to get another one, is this something that I can create or buy somewhere?

I can't even remember the name of it.

Empty the small tubs in stables and you can pick them up. Or fill an empty one and empty it again.

Brit castle stable has a bunch. Can also do same with barrels.
