Where can you buy ATMs?

Just returned to the game... where can I buy ATMs in TC3? I read somewhere about an EA Store or something? Not quite sure how that works.

They're nowhere in the catalog. Do you have to own a specific lot category or something?

ATMs work on any lot category, to the best of my knowledge. ATMs can only be bought from the catalog by stores, but should be able to be purchased from any store that decides to stock them.
