The BOD books are made by Scribes.
Just yell in Luna, that you are looking to buy BOD books, and someone might get you some (like me - I have a few extras lying around).
If you're playing on Lake Austin, look at Higgins' shop or the KGB shop in SW Luna, and the various shops with LCL letters on them in NE Luna.
