I can't find an NPC vendor to sell Spellweaving scrolls to. I tried mages and they don't buy them. Any help would be appreciated... Thanks!

Where can I sell spellweaving scrolls?

You cannot sell spellweaving scrolls to NPCs (or buy them from them). You can set up a vendor to sell them to other players.
