Uhm ok..so I dled the UO Gold. How do I get the first 14 days free? I am going to use an account that I had set up the last time I played. Can I still get the free 14 days?

No.
For an existing account, you need to pay a month subscription, unless there's a Welcome Back to Britannia thing on (which there isn't).
The free trial is for new accounts only.
