Where can I buy (legit) game time codes?

One of my accounts did not auto-renew and I've been trying to re-activate it for 6 weeks now with no success (including over 12 hours spent on the phone with EA...)...I read somewhere that game time codes worked for a person who had the same issue.

Make sure you log into Origin with the account you intend to apply the game-time to. Somebody mentioned in a thread the other day that the game time was applied immediately to the account. That's how the game-time is working now.

err, whoever said that is either lying or wrong. You get codes to apply to whatever account you want. I know this as I've been buying loads of codes from Origin and used them on several different accounts that is not linked to that Origin account. Hell I've even bought them for other people when they've not been able to buy them.

UOGamecodes used to be account linked but Origin isnt. Why do people make up rubbish? Sheesh they need to stop.

I got to thinking about this too and I realized that when I sign into Origin I sign in with my EA Master account. It's not the same as any of my UO account names. Yeah I don't see how that would work as was said. I'll have to see if I can find where I seen that posted.

TBH I'm very very pleased that codes are not account linked anymore. Mind you I'm even happier that EA Gamecards now also work for UO too. Theres no-excuses for anyone not being able to activate thier account now. If a CC dosnt work, use Origin. If you cant use that, buy a EA Gamecard and use that.. Failing that, use paypal!

Since the migration, this has been one major plus in my book!
