game nite time? or real world nite time, ive yet to see them. They just roam into town?
You only have to kill 10 of ONE TYPE of monster on the list of quest monsters for the Naxatilor quest. The effete monsters come out at night in the Holy City.

looks like night dont come for a long while, best way is to search for them in the king's tomb just north rather than waiting in the city
