When Did Fire Island Get These New Green Lands?

A friend showed me this place today; neither of us noticed when it first turned up. It's completely flat, there's a huge neutral spawn of animals on the sand (cows, bulls... other stuff that isn't cows but who cares about that? Oh alright, deer and stuff too) but none on the grassy part. Housing can't be placed there, although there's 2 homes on Test Centre. So what's it for? Let the speculation begin!

I say... the new Gargoyle City? It's above the Abyss there after all... and the entrance to it in classic Ultimas. And the old Ver Lor Reg will become an Exodus champion spawn for the new +5 stat cap scrolls.

It has been there a long time (more than 1 year), at least on Napa.

That's very, very curious... maybe we've just been having a brain fart, but I could have sworn that was a Volcano there where the grass is until recently on Europa...

Been there a while. Even get T map spots in those new areas.

Always been there, We even had EM events on that location. I even thought the Casino would been have placed there.

Its a spot obviously reserved for something of Ultima lore. A very specific building sits in around that area in the main series games, and I expect they've left it open in case they want to put something similar up in UO...

And yes I realize its farther to the south normally, but that spot is too perfect for it, especially with housing restricted..
