Do we know when we can use codes again? I got a gtc that I would like to add to an account but was told not to use it yet!

I have the rustic/gothic theme to upgrade one of my accounts but can't at the moment. I don't know if I am doing something wrong with this new system or it's not working yet. I can get the garden bed and chest of sending in game so I know I am using the right code, but it doesn't seem to work for the web to upgrade the actual account.

Last post I saw on this today was that someone talked to CS on the phone and was told 'hopefully this week'.
