When can we enter??? For Magincia?

I was reading this thread: Magincia Plot Guidelines - UOGuide, the Ultima Online encyclopedia but I could not find anywhere to purchase the tickets. When will the tickets be purchasable?

Will we purchase them from the area the land plot is? Or from Britain Castle?

I gotta feeling it will be live this week, Mesanna talked to the siege folks telling them they were going to get the Virtuebane event. When they asked if it could be done this coming weekend, they were told no because it had to be done before the Magincia publish went live.

We wont get the publish until all shards do there Virtuebane event and Oceania is doing theres this coming Friday, which means we wont see publish till early next week sometime.
