When are we gonna fix pet insta-log in Fel?

Any valid reason at all that after I kill the red pvp tamer that attacked me I cant then kill the pet that was hitting me for boatloads of damage just because the red clicks an 'x' to logout? As a ghost no less.
Seriously?

So I get attacked by a red and his GD and I kill the red all the while the GD is beating on me. Now if I am not careful the GD can still kill me even though his owner is dead and gone. Rarely happens but it is still a valid possibility is my point. I then start killing the hell out of the GD and poof the owner logs and I get no kill lol. Bad enough but what if as I start to kill the GD I lose connection? Owner standing there dead doesnt log and I die. Makes no sense and is just kinda wrong.

I have no other problems at all with tamers pvping. I am always glad to have more action.
But there just needs to be some type of more significant downside to using a pet in pvp.
Everybody and there brother just trains them up afk and now you dont even have to wait to bond them.
At the very least they should lose a % that actually would force the owner to have to re-train after multiple deaths. The % now appears to be a joke.

I think pets should be subject to the same flagging rules as their owner...

You attack tamer and kill him, he can instalog the pet.
Tamer attacks you and you kill him, pet must wait till the tamer agro flag wears off before pet will instalog.

My biggest concern with implementing this would be screwing up PvM or no combat pet instalogging. While they are at it, they should fix the autostabling when a server drops.
