I came up with this one tonight off an AW, doing a level 6 in Trammel literally ON THE ROAD between East Britain and the Bog of Desolation.

Hit Dispel 20%
SSI 30%
100% Poison Damage.
255/255 durability
no powder needed - just need to figure what slayer and hit spell proc to change them to, and if there's room after weight to raise the new hit spell to max (or maybe lower it a little and add a 5th property)
