Whats wrong with my colors?

I apologize if there is another topic about this, or if its in the wrong forum, but not sure where else to go. I recently reactiviated my account after a break, and installed UO on a new computer, but what I saw was not what I amd use to and prefer. I don't know how to change it, so any help would be great. The problem is all the colors are messed up, as in item names. If I mouse over an item, its item name is green(the guild player name color). NPCs are dark blue instead of the normal yellow, or light blue. And monsters are light blue instead of grey. Those are just the most noticable, but I can't seem to find anywhere in options to change this.

Go to options, click the second icon on right hand side, looks like an eye, and see if you have Switch to 565 color mode checked off. If so, uncheck it.

Yes, its unchecked...and it doesnt look like a flaw in my card or anything, just different colors are set for some reason.

FYI, some changes you make in the client options will not go into effect until after you close out the client and restart. If you use UOAssist, some macros or settings will not be saved simply by adding or recording them...you physically have to close the client out and reopen it again. Same same, only different.
